Good Morning Starshine, The Earth Says 'Hello'!!!

Sorry about that!

Just feeling a little fun today.

It's Sunday, my last day of my impromptu Staycation.

That I'm kind of bummed about...I just need about 10 more days by myself to get all of this work done in my house and get it to not smelling like paint fumes.

Can you guess what I've been doing?

I so can't wait to share all of these fun projects with you, I've been feeling a little crafty and breaking out my Girl Power!

Look! I even used power tools!

Sssshhhh! Don't tell dear hubby that I broke out his circular saw!

I've even been a little more productive in the kitchen this week.

Happy Sunday Everyone!! How's everyone doin' this weekend? Are you all obsessed with Team USA as much I am this weekend??

I love the Olympics! It is so inspiring to see all of these athletes who have dedicated their entire lives to get to the biggest stage, it's abosolutly amazing!

Did you all watch the Opening Ceremonies? I've decided that when the Olympics come to Ohio I am definitly volunteering to be part of the Opening Ceremony :o)

Week Ten here we go!! I can't believe I've been hosting Sweet & Simple Sunday for ten weeks now (okay a little longer thanks to my slacker self)!

It's been a great ten weeks. I've gotten to know so many new people, and found so many great recipes. I'm slowly making my way through my never ending list of "must-try's".

Sweet & Simple Sunday {nine}

I'm totally a slacker. I've always been that way. In high school I always waited until Sunday night at 7:00 pm to start that French IV research project that was due 4th period Monday morning. It's just how I'm programmed.

Like Sweet & Simple. Usually at 11:00 Saturday night I'm putting together the final touches on that week's Sweet & Simple. This week, it's even worse. It's now 2:30 pm on SUNDAY, and I'm just now putting this together. I hope you don't mind. Trust me, the features are well worth it. And I had an excuse for yesterday. It was the big Birthday in the house.

Aiden turned 7 and Sophie turned 2.

It was a good day. No, it was a Great day!
